Beautiful condo with amazing views and easy access to the beach. Condo was spotless and nicely decorated and offered plenty of amenities. Wished we had longer to stay as we only came in for the weekend to celebrate my son’s birthday and go to Daytona 500. We hope to book again soon so we can explore the area more. Very quite beach community, not over populated on beach which we enjoyed. Thanks for sharing your condo with us!

We had a great 2 week stay in Robert and Danielle’s beautiful condo. The location on the NSB “traffic free” portion of the beach is great. We had many lengthy walks on the pristine beach. While the pool is nicely heated, we had some cooler weather than anticipated so our pool time was limited. The pool area is clean with plenty of seating. The condo feels roomy and is well appointed. R&D provided nice amenities including shower products, paper products, coffee etc. The BBQ grills at Sunrise are great and easy to use if you don’t want to eat out everyday. Plenty of great restaurants in the area as well as golf courses. Loved the lack of traffic vs the gulf side. R&D are extremely responsive and communicative and we would definitely stay with them again. We were completely comfortable and enjoyed the peace and quiet and the beauty of waking up and walking on the beach everyday!

Robert’s place was perfect! Clean, with a beautiful view of the ocean. The pool and seating areas were wonderful. You can easily get to the shore for a walk along the water. We grilled one night and that was very clean and perfect. Everything you need is there! Would stay again! For sure.

This beautiful condo was everything that the listing described, plus so much more. The morning sunrises over the ocean and the peaceful crashing of the waves can not be expressed in the listing. The home was clean and well stocked and extremely quiet. the beds and pillows were first class. We will certainly be back. Thank you, Robert!

We had a lovely 4-night stay in Daytona Beach. The place felt very homey and comfortable, with a nice floor plan, beautiful interior design, and a great ocean view. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, and everything was thoughtfully set up. We also appreciated how convenient the location was—good restaurants and Publix just 5 minutes away, and Daytona attractions within an easy drive. A few small notes: the master bedroom mattress felt a bit soft/sunken for our preference, live evening news wasn’t available on the TV, and the desk area could use a light switch. Also, all the decks of cards were missing jokers—perhaps a previous guest souvenir 😊. Overall, a very pleasant stay and a place we enjoyed.

This condo was absolutely wonderful…spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you could possibly need. We flew in and were so grateful that we didn’t have to run out and buy all the usual items we typically would when traveling. It truly felt like a home away from home. We loved staying in Robert's unit. It was one of the cleanest Airbnb's we have ever stayed in and Robert was excellent to work with. The unit was nicely furnished, quiet, had a beautiful view of the ocean and pool, and restaurants and shopping were nearby. I highly recommend staying here and we would love to come back.

We really enjoyed our stay at Robert’s place. We were looking for a beachfront location, and this spot delivered exactly what we were hoping for. It was easy to get to and felt very safe and secure throughout our stay. Even though the weather wasn’t quite as warm as we had hoped, we loved being able to walk right down to the beach whenever we wanted to relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. The beach itself was very quiet, and we spent a lot of time just sitting out and taking it all in. Having beach towels and chairs readily available was a huge plus and made things very convenient. The property matched the online description perfectly, which we really appreciated. Everyone we encountered during our stay was friendly and welcoming. Overall, we had a wonderful mini vacation and are glad we had the opportunity to stay here. We would definitely recommend Robert’s place to others looking for a relaxing beachfront getaway.

My husband and I take a “End of Year” trip w/friends of ours. This year “NSB” was the place. This unit 💯 meet our expectations!!!! The owners were extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. Our time on the balcony was our favorite as well as ending our day with a charcuterie board on the beach watching a cold front roll in. Truly amazing!!!!!!
