Our Stay was very peaceful and relaxing after a 5 day stay at the Disney parks. The place was very clean and welcoming. The view of the beach was wonderful. It’s a very quiet and relaxing area we enjoyed the beach and the pool. Robert was very informative and communicated great. We will definitely stay here again in our future visits to New Smyrna Beach.

What a beautiful place in Rockaway Beach. The apartment has all that you need for a day relaxing, watching the ocean from the comfortable sofas or after exploring the north Oregon coast. Robert and team are great communicators, with clear instructions and couple of check-ins notes that were appreciated. Would love to come here again.

Robert’s cabin in the Great Smoky Mountains was truly exceptional. It was quiet, secluded, and exactly what our family of six needed for a relaxing getaway. The property looked just like the photos (charming, peaceful) and was exceptionally clean. Located only about 15 minutes from Gatlinburg, the cabin allowed us to enjoy the city while still being able to retreat to a peaceful atmosphere. The entire property was serene, and the house was equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing weekend in the mountains. We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely return without hesitation! Thank you, Robert and Nicole, for the excellent place!

The McCoy house is the real deal. The house and amenities were great. The pool and outdoor space were perfect, plenty of space and the necessary essentials to enjoy the Florida sunshine! Our grandchildren loved watching boats from the boat launch directly across the street from the outdoor front deck. The hosts provided everything you need to feel at home and were very friendly and informative.

We look forward to staying here again! It was the perfect location for family vacation with younger children, it’s an easy walk down to the beach, and a playground right next door. The sunrises on the back porch looking out into the ocean are unreal. The home was very clean and hosts were very accommodating and were quick to answer any questions. 10/10 would book with these hosts again !

Property is amazing the building its self is a little run down but repairs are being made by the look of it. The condo itself is amazing really well designed spacious. The main bathroom is really nice and the beds are comfortable. Being able to sit on the balcony is a plus. Your own parking space in the garage defiantly helps access is easy

This condo was absolutely perfect. It was hard to leave such a stunning view. Great access to the beach and with the location you pretty much have the whole beach to yourself. We highly recommend this place and can't wait to come back!
