Guests are required to sign a rental agreement before accessing the property. Because of the substantial electricity expense that comes with heating the pool/spa, the cost is $35 per night. Smoking is not allowed inside of the house. If smoking is detected inside of the home will be subject to a significant smoking fee. There is no RV parking at the property
